These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wavo’s apps, websites, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Wavo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share your login, sell or transfer your account, or impersonate others. Contact support@wavosocial.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, exploit, or discriminate against others;
- Post illegal content, malware, spam, scams, or content that infringes others’ rights;
- Share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- Disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass safety or security controls;
- Collect other users’ personal data without consent;
- Use Wavo for commercial spam or multi-accounting abuse.
We may remove content, mute users, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
4. Voice rooms, clubs, and calls
Hosts and moderators may mute, remove, or restrict participants to keep spaces safe. Wavo staff may intervene where needed for safety, as described in our Privacy Policy. Voice features need a working connection and may be unavailable during maintenance. Do not record others without required consent where the law requires it.
5. Virtual items
Coins, gifts, VIP, and similar digital items have no cash value outside the Service except where required by law. In-app purchases are also subject to the store’s terms and refund policies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any virtual item.
6. Content & intellectual property
The Service — including branding, design, and software — is owned by Wavo or its licensors. You retain rights in content you create and grant Wavo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content to operate and improve the Service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account in Settings or via Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal risk, or prolonged inactivity. Some provisions survive termination.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wavo disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Wavo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the latest version at https://wavosocial.in/terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
